First Day of Evaluations and Important Information
Barracudas!
We hope everyone has been able to stay dry and warm this Memorial Day weekend.
Evaluations
Evaluations are still scheduled to take place on the mornings of May 26 and May 27, as well as the evening of May 27. If we do need to postpone morning evaluations due to weather or cold water and air temperatures, we will send that information out as soon as possible.
If evaluations are postponed, an email will be sent. However, for the timeliest notifications, a SwimTopia push notification will also be sent. Please be sure to download the SwimTopia app and enable push notifications. The safety of our swimmers is our top priority, and we will continue to keep everyone updated if any schedule changes are necessary.
As a reminder, here are the evaluation dates and times:

Buddy Program
The Buddy Program is a fun way for swimmers to make new friends, cheer each other on, and build team spirit throughout the season! Experienced swimmers can help mentor newer teammates, while older swimmers encourage and support younger swimmers both in and out of the pool. Many buddies enjoy exchanging fun buddy gifts or snacks at swim meets and celebrating each other’s accomplishments all season long.
If your swimmer is interested in participating in the Buddy Program, a digital form is available on lowswim.org under the Resources tab.

RSL Training for Swim Meet Volunteer Positions
While there are several volunteer opportunities available that do not require training, we still need parent volunteers for several important positions that do require RSL certification. Please follow the link below to complete the required RSL training.
We ask that each family complete one of the RSL job trainings. If you are not sure which training would be the best fit for you, feel free to email us or ask on deck during evaluations. Having enough trained volunteers is essential to helping our swim meets run smoothly and ensure a fun and successful experience for all our swimmers.
Thank you for supporting the team and helping make our season possible!

We are looking forward to another great season and cannot wait to see everyone back on deck!
