Lake of the Woods Barracudas

The Lake of the Woods Barracudas is a summer swim team located in Locust Grove, VA.  We are part of the Rappahannock Swim League and practice at Sweetbriar Pool in Lake of the Woods.  Our aim is to help our swimmers improve their skills, learn good sportsmanship, and have fun while competing against other local teams.  Our season runs from Memorial Day until the last weekend in July.

We have lots of fun things planned for the season and hope to see you at the pool.

The Lake of the Woods Swim Team will be hosting an open house on Tuesday, March 10th, from 6-7pm in the basement of the Clubhouse for new and interested families.  Please join us to find out more about our team which practices at Sweetbriar Park.  If you are new to the community or just new to swim team, this is the time to ask questions before registration opens.  Swim team is a great way for kids to improve their skills, make new friends, and have some fun this summer.
