Lake of the Woods Barracudas

The Lake of the Woods Barracudas is a summer swim team located in Locust Grove, VA.  We are part of the Rappahannock Swim League and practice at Sweetbriar Pool in Lake of the Woods.  Our aim is to help our swimmers improve their skills, learn good sportsmanship, and have fun while competing against other local teams.  Our season runs from May 27th to July 26th.

We have lots of fun things planned for the season and hope to see you at the pool.

The Swim Team will be hosting an open house on Tuesday, March 10, from 6-7pm in the basement of the Clubhouse for new and interested families.  Please come find out more about this great summer program that happens right at Sweetbriar Park.  If you are new to the community or just new to swim team, this is the time to ask questions and find out more before registration opens.  Swim team is a great way for kids to improve their skills, make new friends, and have some fun this summer.
