Barracudas!

Our final swim meet of the regular season is tomorrow at Ferry Farm!

Arrival Time: 5:00pm - Warm Up: 5:25pm - Start Time: 6:00pm

Parking: There is limited parking at the Ferry Farm Pool. Parking is NOT allowed on the street. Please use the Ferry Farm Elementary School parking lot. Parents may drop their swimmers off in front of the pool before parking.

Visitor Seating: We will be sharing the grassy area surrounding the pool with the home team. Please note that our team may not set up on the large side of the pool deck. The narrower side of the pool deck (closest to the school) is reserved for coaches and officials only, and no spectator seating is permitted in this area.

Please come prepared for the weather by bringing plenty of water, bug spray, cooling towels or fans, and pop-up canopies if you have them. There is limited shade, so planning ahead will help keep everyone cool and comfortable throughout the evening.

Concessions: Concessions are available for purchase. Cash or credit card (additional fee) accepted. Items may include (but not limited to) Burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, nachos, pizza, pasta salad, fresh fruit, chips, candy and drinks (soda, water, sports drinks). Tilly's Ice Cream will have their mobile trailer outside the pool gate.

Heat Sheets: Heat sheets will be available during Monday morning practice so swimmers can find out which events they are swimming. You can also view your swimmer's events in the SwimTopia app.

Volunteer Information: If your child is participating in the meet, your family can expect to provide one volunteer for half of the swim meet. Volunteer assignments will be available in the SwimTopia app prior to the meet.

Inclement Weather: If we are asked to clear the deck in the event of inclement weather, it is important for the safety of all swimmers as well as their families that we remain in our vehicles until we are given the “all clear” to return to the pool deck. Please make sure you have the Swimtopia App downloaded onto your phone with push notifications enabled so you can receive important weather-related updates as well as event updates throughout the swim meet.

Practice for Tuesday July 14th: Please be on the lookout for an email with details regarding the practice time and which stroke(s) will be the focus of the clinic.
